Jeff Ragsdale is a partner at Martin Legal Group, licensed to practice in both Texas and Oklahoma, and is Board Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Jeff’s practice focuses on oil and gas dispute and transactional matters, business entity formation and governance issues, and trusts and estates.

Jeff joined Martin Legal Group in 2015.

Before joining Martin Legal Group, Jeff was an associate at two Texas-based oil and gas law firms where he assisted clients with title and ownership issues related to property located in Texas, Ohio, New Mexico, West Virginia, Colorado, and North Dakota. Prior to that, he was an associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP, where his practice focused on general corporate and finance matters.

Jeff grew up in Irving, Texas, before attending The University of Texas at Austin and Tulane University Law School.

He now resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and three children.
