Shayla’s practice focuses on the purchase, sale, and leasing of producing and non-producing oil and gas assets, with an emphasis on title examination.

Shayla has represented a range of E&P companies in a variety of transactional matters.

Prior to joining Martin Legal Group, Shalya served as an associate in an oil and gas law firm based in Dallas.

Shayla grew up in the DFW area prior to attending Texas A&M University and Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law).

She now resides in Coppell, Texas.
